Corporate Screening is pleased to announce the promotion of company veterans Matt Jaye to Sales Manager and Tom Turner to Client Services Manager. Both will take on additional responsibility in their respective areas as the award-winning background screening firm positions itself for growth and increased business in the year to come.

“We are fortunate to have on our team two individuals as dedicated and talented as Matt and Tom,” remarked Greg Dubecky, President of Corporate Screening. “They have both made innumerable contributions to the success and advancement of our firm.”

Matt has worked with Corporate Screening for more than twelve years in varying capacities, the majority of his time spent cultivating business relationships in a sales capacity. He opened Corporate Screening’s west coast sales office in 2002, and then moved to Tampa in 2006 to open the southeast sales office. Matt’s efforts in building the company’s business in recent years has resulted in the development of a successful new division for Corporate Screening.

In his new role, Matt will be responsible for directing and coordinating Corporate Screening’s sales functions, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and developing new business as well as new products and services, establishing and implementing goals, objectives and policy training/supervising department staff.

Tom has been with Corporate Screening for more than eleven years. In that time, he has successfully secured multi-year relationships with some of the country’s leading manufacturing, healthcare and technology firms as National Account Manager.

Tom’s new role as Client Services Manager will involve maintaining close working relationships with existing clients and generating new business, along with the management of support staff, operations, information technology, compliance and accounting. Additionally, he will implement and manage after-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction through various initiatives.
