NOTE: This information applies to users utilizing E-Verify services. If you’re not using E-Verify through Corporate Screening partner Form I-9 Compliance, this may be ignored. If you are unsure, please contact CS customer support for clarification.

Due to the partial government shutdown, E-Verify services have been non-operational. However, federal regulations still apply and E-Verify cases need to be submitted for each applicable employee.

If your company uses both Form I-9 and E-Verify services, the software will automatically submit E-Verify cases for any archived, electronic Form I-9 that was completed during the shutdown period.

In the event that your company does not want the I-9 data automatically submitted to E-Verify, contact our team before 01/31/2019.  Please note – the auto-processing will take place after 01/31/2019.

If your company uses only E-Verify, the system cannot perform automatic case submissions. These cases will need to be entered manually using the stand-alone New E-Verify option.
