Dennis E. Drellishak Sr. is the CEO and founder of Corporate Screening. An industry-leading authority in business information services, Dennis has more than three decades of experience forming, growing and leading successful screening and business investigation organizations.
Corporate Screening has consistently been named one of the top screening providers in the nation. The company has been recognized with numerous business and background screening awards, much in part to Dennis’s leadership. The company is also a founding member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA).
Dennis’s vision for combining next-gen technology with a legacy of investigative analysis has propelled Corporate Screening forward. As a result, Corporate Screening is the screening provider for some of the nation’s top employers.
A graduate of the University of Akron, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science/Criminal Justice. Outside of Corporate Screening, Dennis participates in several professional groups and has served as an academic instructor, teaching investigative and information gathering techniques at colleges in the Cleveland area.
A veteran of the investigation industry for nearly 30 years, Greg is responsible for the strategic direction and all company operations including sales, marketing, production and product development.
Prior to leading Corporate Screening as company president, Greg was general manager and vice president of sales and was responsible for securing multi-year relationships with some of the country’s leading employers. Greg is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners and has served on the association’s committee for Ethics and Accreditation. Greg is a frequent speaker on background screening related topics.
Prior to joining Corporate Screening in 1995, Greg spent severa; years in investigative related positions with the United States Marshal Service in Cleveland and Bank One Corporation in Columbus.
Greg is a board member and current President of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Cleveland Chapter, an organization with the critical mission to fund research into finding a cure, treatment and prevention of retinal degenerative diseases such as Retinitis Pigmentosa and Macular Degeneration.
Greg holds a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University.
Tom Drellishak brings more than two decades of information systems and software application development experience to Corporate Screening, which includes project management for several national consulting firms and the development of enterprise software applications for Fortune 500 companies.
Tom has designed and developed a number of Corporate Screening systems including Casetracking, CS Ease, CS Public Record Vendor Management System, VerifyStudents.com, ApplicantSorter.com, and NationalWebRecords.com.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from Cleveland State University and is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD).
Matt Jaye has been a part of the Corporate Screening team for more than twenty years. In his current role as Vice President of Business Development, he leads the sales team and is one of the industry’s leading experts on pre-employment and student background screening.
Matt has been a key player in identifying and developing products and services to better serve Corporate Screening’s diverse client base. Under his leadership. Corporate Screening has developed long-standing relationships with top employers, healthcare organizations and educational institutions throughout the country.
Matt is a member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), and the National Society of Human Resources Management.
Tom Turner joined Corporate Screening in 1999 as an Account Representative, bringing with him a background in sales and personnel management. His combination of experience, knowledge and people skills led to his current role as Vice President of Customer Success.
Tom provides expertise and support to Corporate Screening’s clients, assisting them with managing their background screening programs. He has successfully secured multi-year relationships with some of the country’s leading manufacturing, healthcare and technology firms. Tom also develops and manages after-sales services and works to ensure client satisfaction through a number of initiatives.
In addition to his professional background, Tom obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Akron. He is a member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and speaks regularly about background screening topics.
Todd Feher oversees the production of all Corporate Screening background check solutions, from database searches, investigations, verifications and public records research. It is his responsibility to assure all background checks meet and exceed standards for quality, efficiency and thoroughness.
Todd leads the teams responsible for converging multiple sources of data and interpreting it for Corporate Screening customers. With nearly three decades of investigate experience, Todd instills an analytical mindset in his teams. His experiences range from workers’ compensation, personal injury surveillance and investigations, to pre-employment screening and business background investigations. He is a member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and holds degrees in Business Administration and Security and Loss Prevention.
A member of the Corporate Screening team since 2003, Kevin leads Corporate Screening’s compliance and quality assurance efforts. He is FCRA Advanced Certified by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA).
In his role, Kevin develops policies and procedures to ensure Corporate Screening remains compliant with federal and state laws regarding background screening. He also oversees our company’s continued compliance with PBSA Accreditation standards, and led Corporate Screening’s effort to become one of the first accredited consumer reporting agencies with the PBSA.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bowling Green State University.
