Account Executive / Outside Sales

Focus on strategically expanding Corporate Screening’s market share by closing new business accounts. Responsible for the consultative selling of Corporate Screening’s pre-employment screening services as well as developing and maintaining favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue. This is position can be based in either our Tampa branch office; or remote.  

Appointment Setter – Full Time – First Shift

Responsible for working on various sales campaigns and lead lists in order to build rapport and gather pertinent information about perspective customers.   Work closely with outside sales team to set appointments and sign on emerging business accounts.  Leads will be obtained from various marketing and sales activities.  To be considered, candidates must possess strong probing skills, persistence and the ability to engage decision makers at any level.  Position based in our Tampa, FL Branch Office.

Background Analyst / Investigator – Full Time – First Shift

Responsibilities include managing a caseload of national business investigations for Corporate Screening & Investigations.  Analysts regularly conduct research, analyze and evaluate complex information, and prepare concise written reports.  Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and / or related work experience preferred. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.  Located in Middleburg Heights.

Data Entry – Part Time – Afternoons

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer orders through the company database system.  Candidate must be computer literate with proficiency in alpha numeric data entry.  Experience working in a fast paced environment preferred.  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Hours are Monday through Friday 1 pm – 5 pm.  Located in Middleburg Heights.

Research Specialist – Full Time – First Shift

Research and analyze data received through the course of a background investigation through various online channels and sources.  Process database searches and document information following appropriate laws.  Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  College degree preferred; some college coursework required.  Located in Middleburg Heights.  

Verification Specialist – Part Time – Mornings

Responsible for contacting employers and educational institutions to verify background screening data.  Clearly document information received in database system while creating a positive customer experience.  Afternoon Shift:  Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.  High school diploma or equivalent required. Spanish speaking a plus.  Located in Middleburg Heights.
