Dennis Drellishak, Sr. – CEO
Dennis E. Drellishak Sr. is the CEO and founder of Corporate Screening and recognized as a leading authority in the business information services industry. He has more than 30 years of experience forming, growing, leading and managing successful employment screening and business investigation service organizations.
Under Dennis’s leadership, Corporate Screening has been named one of the top 23 screening firms in the country, has received the Weatherhead 100 Fastest-growing Companies in Northeast Ohio and NEO Success Awards numerous times. Corporate Screening is also a founding member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
Dennis’s talent for combining innovative technology with superior customer service has resulted in the creation of beneficial client tools such as CS EASE, Verify Students, The Applicant Sorter, and complementary affiliate services such as Corporate Screening & Investigations, Inc. and CSBusinessScreen.com. Outside of Corporate Screening, Dennis actively participates in a number of professional groups and has instructed and lectured on investigative and information gathering techniques at area colleges.
A graduate of Akron University, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science/Criminal Justice.
Greg Dubecky – President
A veteran of the investigation industry since 1990, Greg is responsible for the strategic direction and all company operations including sales, marketing, production and product development.
Prior to leading Corporate Screening, Greg was general manager and vice president of sales and was responsible for securing multi-year relationships with some of the country’s leading employers. Greg is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners and has served on the association’s committee for Ethics and Accreditation. Greg is a frequent speaker on background screening related topics.
Prior to joining Corporate Screening in 1995, Greg spent 5 years in investigative related positions with the United States Marshal Service in Cleveland and Bank One Corporation in Columbus.
Greg is a board member and current President of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Cleveland Chapter, an organization with the critical mission to fund research into finding a cure, treatment and prevention of retinal degenerative diseases such as Retinitis Pigmentosa and Macular Degeneration.
Greg holds a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University.
Tom Turner – Vice President Client Services
Tom Turner joined Corporate Screening (CS) in 1999, as an Account Representative, bringing with him a background in sales and personnel management. His combination of experience, knowledge and people skills led to his current role as Vice President, Client Services.
Tom provides expertise and support to Corporate Screening’s clients, assisting them with managing their background screening programs. He has successfully secured multi-year relationships with some of the country’s leading manufacturing, healthcare and technology firms. Tom also develops and manages after-sales services and works to ensure client satisfaction through a number of initiatives.
In addition to his professional background, Tom obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Akron. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and speaks regularly about background screening topics.
Matt Jaye – Vice President, Sales
Matt Jaye has been a member of the Corporate Screening team since 1998. In his current role as Vice President of Sales, he leads the business development team and is one of the industry’s leading experts on pre-employment and student background screening.
Matt has been a key player in identifying and developing products and services to better serve Corporate Screening’s diverse client base. Under his leadership. Corporate Screening has developed long-standing relationships with top employers, healthcare organizations and educational institutions throughout the country.
Matt is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), and the National Society of Human Resources Management.
Tom Drellishak – Chief Technology Officer
Tom Drellishak brings 15 years of information systems and software application development experience to Corporate Screening, which includes project management for several national consulting firms and the development of enterprise software applications for Fortune 500 companies.
Tom has designed and developed a number of Corporate Screening systems including Casetracking, CS Ease, CS Public Record Vendor Management System, VerifyStudents.com, ApplicantSorter.com, and NationalWebRecords.com.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from Cleveland State University and is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD).
Todd Feher – Operations Manager
Todd Feher has 24 years broad experience in the investigative industry, ranging from workers compensation, personal injury surveillance and investigations to pre-employment screening and business background investigations.
At Corporate Screening, he specializes in investigations for clients who require in-depth research into the background of a person or company.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Security and Loss Prevention from Lakeland Community College.
Kevin Neudecker – Quality and Compliance Manager
Kevin Neudecker has been a member of the Corporate Screening team since 2003. Kevin heads Corporate Screening’s Compliance Department and is FCRA Advanced Certified by the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
In his role as Compliance Manager, Kevin develops policies and procedures to ensure Corporate Screening remains compliant with federal and state laws regarding background screening. He also oversees Corporate Screening’s continued compliance with NAPBS Accreditation standards, and spearheaded Corporate Screening’s effort to become one of the first accredited consumer reporting agencies with the NAPBS.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bowling Green State University.
Sarah VanGilder – Marketing Manager
Sarah VanGilder has been a member of the Corporate Screening team since 2011. With over 15 years of marketing and communications experience, she leads the marketing department and helps support the Sales and Client Services departments.
In her role at Corporate Screening, Sarah oversees marketing programs and plan development, brand management, corporate communications, as well as the company’s digital and social media presence.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa, as well as an MBA from Kent State University.
