Customer Support Team Earns FCRA Certification
Corporate Screening, a leader in pre-employment background screening, is pleased to announce that four members of its Customer Support team are now Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) certified through the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). The PBSA program provides participants a core understanding of the foundational information essential to the FCRA.

About the Team
Customer Support Supervisor Terri Jones (top left) has been a member of the Corporate Screening team for 11 years, seven of those in Customer Support. For Terri, the most rewarding aspect of working in Customer Support is helping a candidate, student and client with resolving their issues and making the process easier for them.
“We often hear how nice it is to speak to a real person when they call our support line,” Terri says.
Rebecca Carlisle (top right) has worked for Corporate Screening for a total of six years, with two years on the Customer Support team. For Rebecca, the best part of the FCRA certification process was gaining a deeper understanding of the FCRA and how it regulates the background screening industry.
“The certification process has not only made me more knowledgeable but also confident in discussing the FCRA with clients/candidates and answering their questions,” says Rebecca. “One of the most rewarding aspects of working in customer support is being able to help customers with the process and make things easier for them, if possible.”
After three years in screening production operations, Jackie Larew (bottom left) joined the Customer Support team seven years ago bringing her total amount of time with the company (so far) to nearly a decade. Jackie says the FCRA certification has provided her with more knowledge on top of everything else she has learned during her time at Corporate Screening.
Heather Tobey (bottom right) has worked for Corporate Screening for nearly six years. Prior to joining Customer Support team three years ago, Heather was a case manager and analyst.
“The FCRA certification process allowed me to refresh my knowledge and fill in any gaps to better assist customers,” says Heather. “I find it rewarding to be able to help our clients with just about anything – from understanding FCRA compliance to technical support questions. I enjoy working with people and the customer support position is very much in tune with this.”
