View and access your cases from one convenient list. You can also filter results with the Call To Action Bar, Quick Filter and Quick Settings. Easily see which cases require your attention.

Call-to-Action Status Bar

Quickly access the cases that require your attention with the Call to Action Status Bar. Each tile filters the cases in the main case list, allowing you to easily sort tasks, view details and resolve issues.

Case Filtering

Advanced filters and search tools make finding specific cases a snap. Robust, easy and intuitive filters built within the left navigation allow you to stay on the home screen and reduces unnecessary navigating across pages.

Quick Settings

Easily configure your case list by refining your Quick Settings. Access archived cases by selecting the date range you’d like to see.

Multiple Ways to Order

EASE allows you to place an order through multiple methods: Online Order, Invite Order, Upload Order, Fax Order and Batch Order. ATS integrations are also available to streamline your process.

Case-Level Messaging

Securely connect with the analyst handling your cases directly within EASE. Access your inbox from the dashboard or at the case-level.

FCRA Disclosure Options

Paperless and secure, our E-Disclosure and Authorization allows candidates to complete FCRA disclosure within the EASE platform.

Adverse Action Workflow
