Reference Interview

CS will contact and interview listed references or supervisors as requested by client. A CS Verifications Specialist will ask questions relating to the reference sources relationship with the candidate (nature and duration). Additionally and where applicable, CS will inquire into the sources knowledge of the candidate’s employment history, responsibilities, character traits; including perceived strengths and weaknesses, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, rehire eligibility and whether or not they would recommend the candidate for employment.
