Employment Eligibility Verification (E-Verify)
Compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act has never been easier. Using a seamless integration with the DHS’s Employment Verification Program (E-Verify), CS can perform “right to work” verifications for any employer. CS electronically verifies the accuracy of Social Security Numbers, Immigration “A” numbers, and I-94 arrival/departure numbers and provides summary status information and resolution tools for addressing those infrequent situations where work eligibility cannot be immediately confirmed. Additional features include:
- Automated alerts 90, 60 and 30-days in advance of the expiration of employees’ work authorization documents, enabling employees to apply for renewal of their work authorizations, greatly increasing the probability that they can legally continue to work without interruption.
- Easily identify current employees with mis-matched Social Security number(s), through the SSA’s Social Security Number Verification Service (SSNVS).
